5S MERIT AWARD
We were the very first automotive workshop to wIn a merit award at the TAIKI AKIMOTO contest conducted by the JASTECA in 2002/2003.
CONTRIBUTION TO THE 5S ACTIVITIES IN
SRI LANKA
As a contribution to the 5S activities in Sri Lanka, we produced the first 5S song. JASTECA accepted the song as official 5S song. We give the exclusive right of the Song to JASTECA and now, all the companies practicing 5S activities are using this song.

Macro Auto Tech (Pvt) Ltd is a Limited Liability Company. It was established on 11th November 1978, as M/s Ruhunu Auto Craft by the founder / Managing Director Mr. Mahinda S Ratnayake with the partnership of Late Mr. P.G.Aladdin.
As the business expanded for its quality and timely workmanship, in 1982 this business was converted to a limited liability company named ‘Macro Auto Tech (Pvt) Ltd’.
At present, Macro Auto Tech (Pvt) Ltd functions as a limited liability company. Macro caters to individuals as well as Government and private sector organizations that are desirous of having their motor vehicles in immaculate condition for trouble-free driving to meet their challenges with confidence. Our services are aimed at periodic maintenance programs for more particular customers and ad-hoc repairs that require our services at any given time. Our periodic maintenance programme is carefully designed to meet the best satisfaction of the customer.
Macro Auto Tech (Pvt) Ltd firmly believes that in order to strengthen and ensure a pollution free environment for our up-coming generation, proper maintenance should be carried out to limit the emission from the vehicles in the first place. Services rendered are carefully studied and introduced to the organizations to achieve the objectives and specific needs of each and every make and model of motor vehicle available in the country. We strive to drive at the best possible solutions for any up-coming problem related to latest electronic components incorporated in modern vehicles. In the introduction of most modern electronic servicing equipment to the organizations, we have been ever mindful of various requirements essential in the latest motor vehicles.

- Has undergone training in Automobile Engineering in United Kingdom, United States, Germany, Singapore and Japan.
- Has gained a good reputation and over 37 years experience in the field of automobile engineering.
- Has undergone training in Automotive Equipment Repairs and Maintenance in Singapore, Italy, Germany, United States, and United Kingdom.
